How this coming-soon website and our support email handle information.
This policy covers the StatLens website and messages you send to support.
It does not describe mobile-app accounts, purchases or account deletion. See the separate app privacy policy for those practices, including TestFlight testing.
Visiting this website
The public site serves static pages from Microsoft Azure. Its fonts, images and interface scripts are served with the site. It has no account registration, checkout, contact form, email-update signup, advertising or reCAPTCHA embeds. The public production site also loads the Cloudflare analytics script described below. The public site does not set application cookies or save research in your browser.
Microsoft processes technical connection information, such as your IP address, requested page and browser/network details, to deliver, operate and protect the hosting service. Hosting and security records may remain under the provider’s retention practices. See the Microsoft privacy statement, including its enterprise and developer products section.
Private review versions require invited reviewers to sign in through Azure and GitHub. Those services process reviewer identity and sign-in cookies to control access; this is separate from the public site.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on our public production site to understand traffic and improve page performance. Cloudflare processes information such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser and device type, operating system, country and page loading measurements. This is browser-based measurement, not a complete log of every server request. We do not use session recordings, heatmaps or advertising trackers.
Cloudflare states that its analytics script does not use cookies or browser storage, fingerprint visitors or track people across websites. Its service receives your IP address as part of the network connection; Cloudflare states that the analytics service discards it at the receiving data center and does not store it in its core databases or logs. Cloudflare provides the previous six months of analytics in our dashboard.
Our site does not load analytics when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Browser extensions may also block the analytics script. Local development and private preview sites do not load it. Reports may include visits from outside the United States; US-only app availability does not restrict visits to this website.

Emailing support
If you email support@statlens.app, we receive your email address, name if supplied, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and investigate the issue or request. Our mailbox uses Google Workspace; your own email provider also processes your message. Do not send passwords, sign-in links, verification codes or payment-card details.
Correspondence is stored in our mailbox unless removed. We may need to keep relevant messages to handle an ongoing request, protect the service or meet an applicable legal obligation. You can ask us to review or delete your correspondence using the contact below. Google describes its technical and operational service-data processing in the Google Cloud Privacy Notice.
Earlier website submissions
If you previously used a contact form or email-update signup on our GoDaddy website, those records may remain with us or the providers used for that site. Replacing the website does not itself erase them. Email support@statlens.app to ask about an earlier submission, request its deletion, or ask to stop earlier email updates.
Your questions and requests
Email support@statlens.app with the subject Website privacy request to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information from website visits or support correspondence. Include the email address used and enough detail to identify the record. We may need to verify that the information relates to you before disclosing or changing it, and will explain any limits on a request. This contact path does not require a StatLens app account.
Audience and other services
StatLens is intended for people 18 and older. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us personal information, contact support@statlens.app. The planned app launch is for iPhone in the United States; that does not mean our providers process all information only in the United States.
External links open other services when you follow them. Their privacy practices apply there. We will update this page and its effective date when these website practices change.
